About us

VIP Flight Support was established on 2017 with its headquarters in Gothenburg. With more of a decade of experience in the private aviation business sector the staff at VIP Flight Support has worked with direct aircraft handling, from State visits, VIP clients, Military, Cargo and also Ambulance flights. Apart from that some of the staff are currently working as flight crew on the business aviation sector, which gives us a great advantage when customers require a service that is up to standard.

Nikolas Pavlides

CEO, Founder
Nikolas brings over a decade of experience in the aviation industry, having worked in various key roles that have shaped his comprehensive understanding of the sector. His background includes serving as an FBO Manager and an Adhoc Coordinator for SAS Ground Services, roles that have equipped him with valuable insights into the specific requirements of catering for private flights.

Currently, Nikolas serves as a First Officer, flying VIP clients and ambulance flights, while also overseeing operations at VIP Flight Support. His hands-on experience and leadership are integral to our commitment to excellence.

In collaboration with Gastrosofi and their dedicated kitchen staff, VIP Flight Support strives to deliver a catering product that meets the highest standards of quality and service.

At VIP Flight Support, we uphold the highest standards in every aspect of our service, and our culinary offerings are no exception. We are proud to collaborate with Gastrosofi, a distinguished name in the Nordic culinary scene.

With 30 years of experience, Gastrosofi’s expertise is unmatched. Their founder Jaime Santaella, an esteemed chef, earned a bronze medal in the 2004 Culinary Olympics in Erfurt, Germany, highlighting their commitment to culinary excellence.
